Background:
Ochre Information Systems Pty Ltd is the owner and developer of the Wise.NET Management System for training organisations. Ochre helps Registered Training Organisations manage and simplify the demands of record keeping and compliance and delivering essential management reports to help business grow and prosper.
Ochre translate their intimate understanding of the industry into powerful software-based tools and training that our customers use to automate business processes, comply with statutory obligations, consolidate record keeping, and extract valuable reports.
The development of their product is driven by input from hundreds of end-users of Ochre software products; primarily training organisations and the internal training departments within large organisations.
Ochre needed to redefine its online presence and clearly show its position as clear market leader in the RTO web services space. The project goals were as follows:
- Provide resources to customers
- Promote and clearly differentiate their products to prospects
- To show the range of iconic customers on their books
- To build a framework for resource storage that allowed intelligent grouping and suggestive content display for customer assistance
- To chart features and benefits
- To provide case studies and testimonials in relevant positions; and
- To provide clear directions for contacting Ochre for demonstrations and enquiries
Future Medium responded with:
- A careful analysis of content requirements
- A framework for storing content in a relational format
- A suitably corporate yet unique design focussed on delivery of content
- An implementation of the autopublish CMS; and
- A degree of customisation of the CMS product to allow generation and export of specialist material such that certain pages were available for inclusion or integration with other systems.
The results speak for themselves:
The result has been a site that is easy to update, continues to generate new business sales for the company, and has truly stated Ochre's market leader position.
