Outsourced Web Application Support and Maintenance
Future Medium are engaged by the University of Tasmania to provide outsourced web application support and maintenance.
Initially covering two internally-developed applications for a 12 month period, we anticipate that this will extend to further applications as well as providing development assistance for new applications.
Contracted tasks include:
- Setup of a secure development environment and source code repository
- Completion of systems documentation
- Setup of a workflow process for handling client support requests
- Setup of a tracking system to record incoming requests and produce usage reports
- Ongoing bug-fixes and enhancement requests
