Winner of the 2003/2004 & 2005/2006 REIT Best Website of the Year Award
Future Medium built and deployed a version of the Petrusma & Partners website in 2003. This first version of the website won the desirable Real Estate Institute of Tasmania's Best Website Award.
Future Medium integrated the site with Future Medium's own property data distribution system to allow for property information channelling to a number of leading property directories.

In 2005 Petrusma & Partners undertook an extensive review and redesign of their brand; resulting in a distinctive new image. At this time we were called upon again for assistance in upgrading and improving the website to follow suit. Not surprisingly part of the criteria was to win the award again!
After plenty of research and a speedy reimplementation of the site Petrusma & Partners felt that they were able to achieve a balance of style and functionality that is second to none. The basic premise of their re-brand has been to create a sharp, distinctive image and at the same time reduce clutter, so as to improve the user-friendliness of their marketing materials.
New brand signals necessitated the development of an online personality
To create a detailed and memorable online brand experience required significant attention to minor details in design and functionality. Search results, icons, and content presentation were all given special treatment to ensure each and every aspect of the site embraced the brand.
Another notable strength of the project is the provisions for integration with off-line content such as magazines - and to the credit of Petrusma & Partners their continuous drive to ensure fresh and interesting content is delivered.
Petrusma & Partners have once again won the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania's Best Website Award for 2005/2006 and are enjoying their market lead.
