Ongoing Product Support
At Future Medium we are committed to providing ongoing support to our clients. We understand that you have changing needs and requirements, and we offer a partnership that allows you access to our skills and advice as your needs dictate. Accessibility is one of the key tenets of our company.
Support is offered in a variety of ways. Along with being accessible to all of our clients as needs arise, we understand that some may require a more formalised approach to support.
Therefore we offer the opportunity to pre-define a program of support and maintenance services to be utilised as and when required. This grants you the ability to submit change requests or enhancements when you need them without having to initiate a formal request process.
Where possible most systems have their own built-in help pages, and this has proved to be sufficient for most situations.
Most clients receive informal training as we assist them migrate content into the web systems. This process can be conducted formally if required.
We provide business hours telephone support for our deployments as standard, and with a large list of clients, that has not proved to be a burden as very few problems occur once a system has been deployed, and any that do occur are dealt with quickly and permanently.
Service Level Agreements are available for any requirements more demanding than this.
Future Medium considers end-user support to be absolutely critical to the success of the project, our clients and our business as a whole.
Support services for this project include:
- Web-based support resources within autopublish (both help systems and online support request features)
- Telephone support for non documented issues
- Application updates to the autopublish CMS product
Future Medium support services are maintained whilst an active autopublish licence is held.
Future Medium can provide editable copies of user guides and help files which clients can customise to include in their own specific business processes.
Future Medium supply user training on how to use autopublish. Training is achieved via an in-person or phone tutorial in either a generic autopublish site implementation or your specific project implementation of the product.
For training purposes, if applicable, your tutorial may be conducted on a demo version of your website in a development only environment such that content is not edited in a live environment and is carried out at a hidden location.
